Strategic Advisory
Decipher strategic advisory offers in-depth consulting expertise on all consumer facing aspects of digital media. We carry out many ad hoc projects and offer many syndicated products (see below). Typical consulting projects include understanding and framing consumers trends, content and user interface developments, devices growth and actual usage, emerging business models, competitor benchmarking and European and US benchmarking/ best practice. We have developed a series of market forecast models, understand of triggers for potential disruptive events and have our own industry frameworks and conceptual models so that clients can really understand the 'so what' for their business. Over the last ten plus years, Decipher strategic advisory have worked for many clients including DTV platforms, broadcasters, content owners, regulators, technology and suppliers to the industry as well as media investors and analysts. We are highly challenging and knowledgeable in our approach utilising the live services running in iBurbia with detailed and continual consumer insight.
