Decipher run an on-going programme of education, innovation and strategy review around the development of future TV ad models for the UK’s main commercial broadcaster.  The project is centred on predicting changes to the UK’s TV landscape due to technology adoption within the customer base, analysis of the key revenue changes, and development of advertising strategies to suit.  There are four strands to the work: TV VOD, TV Interactivity, Broadband and Mobile which feed in to ITVs internal ad development teams, and also inform the ITV teams negotiating with 3rd party TV platforms.
