Interfaces & Functionality

Consumers are increasingly encountering new types of content and new functionality on TV, that they would previously only have found on the web.  At the same time, they are increasingly finding TV content  in the strangest places, where previously there would  only have been text and video.   Both of these outcomes is challenging what we know about  interface design and presentation and, more importantly, what we understand about the advertising opportunities they generate. Decipher’s  research is seeking out new ways to exploit functionality and enrich the presentation of content, channels and advertising on all devices..
